President Jeanne Smith led us in the Pledge and Shira Oler gave the prayer.  Eight Kiwanians gathered in the small dining room at Tragara on the first floor.

Announcements:

Please keep Liz Quinn in your prayers- she had an asthma attack and was not able to attend luncheon today.  We discussed various items that will be available for auction at our 64^th Charter Night- including tickets to Nationals, lunch at Old Anglers Inn, two tickets to Menopause. Remember this will be on Friday, February 27, 6:30 p.m. at Tragara Ristorante, 4938 Cordell Avenue, Bethesda, MD.  A delicious buffet feast is planned. Checks and reservations are due by February 24, please contact Pat Tiede at 301-493-6937 (patriciatiede@comcast.net).  The cost is $48.00 per person.

Ben Schlesinger HD glad to be inside on this cold, cold day. Bernadeen  Zivkovic HD for her 12 year old son who was sick the other day and today he is feeling better.  Shira Oler HD for her upcoming trip next week to sunny Mexico.  Debbie Van Horn HD for Jim Leder going home from the hospital and the victory of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Bernadeen Zivkovic won the 50/50 and donated it back to the club.

The Board meeting will be rescheduled to another date and place.
