Sid Hais Memorial
April 8, 1914 - April 23, 2006

Sid at one of his favorite restaurants, Panera Bread.

We are sad to announce that our long time honorary member and friend, Sid Hais, passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 23, 2006.

Sid's smile and good nature, his tenacity, his generosity, and his commitment to "serving the children of the world" will be fondly remembered (and missed) by all of us in Kiwanis.

*Sid's Kids are little league teams in the DC Babe Ruth League that have been sponsored by Sid. As many of you know, baseball was Sid's passion and he took great pleasure in sponsoring these teams.
